All payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers.
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Event and Program Registrations
Participants registered for conferences, masterclasses, workshops, or ministry programs may request cancellation before the event begins.
Cancellation requests submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled event may qualify for consideration of a partial or full refund depending on the nature of the program.
Requests submitted less than 7 days before the event may not qualify due to administrative and preparation costs already incurred.
Digital Products
Once digital content has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, cancellations and refunds are generally unavailable.
Partnerships, Donations, Tithes and Offerings
Ministry support contributions, donations, tithes, offerings, and partnership gifts are voluntary and generally non-refundable once processed.
If a contribution was made in error, the contributor should contact support within 48 hours for review.
Future Subscription Services
Should PSKMSTORE introduce recurring memberships or subscription services, users may cancel future recurring payments before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not automatically refund previously processed payments.

Cancellation Policy Pastor Stephen Khozaβs Ministry (PSKM)

Once access or download has been granted, cancellations and refunds may not be available. If a technical issue prevents access to purchased content, our support team will assist in resolving the issue.
